What are you hours of operation?
Our photographers are in the field 7 days a week, but we answer our phone during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
What sports do you photograph?
A better question might be, what sports don't we photograph? We photograph just about ALL youth related activities including sports, dance, pre-school portraits, school portraits, marching band, concert band, drama, choir, proms and formals,etc.
What types of backgrounds are available?
For outdoor shoots, we will use your field as the background. Our photographers are trained to find just the right location to create the best possible portrait of your athletes. When photographing indoors, we offer a wide variety of backgrounds including muslin, canvas and sports related canvases. We can even photograph your athletes using green screen technology and create a custom background just for your organization.

How many photographers do you send for picture day?
We ALWAYS send an appropriate number of photographers and staff depending on the number of teams in your organization. We typically photograph one team every 15 minutes. We have the capability to set up multiple stations at each event and can shoot 2, 3, 4 teams simultaneously depending on your facilities. For outdoor shoots we photograph under tents to control the light.
Can our organization use Picture Day as a fundraiser?
Absolutely! We have several rebate programs available and will discuss various ways to help your organization generate revenue.
How long does it take to get our pictures?
Iowa Teams Sports & Events Photography maintains relationships with several midwest labs. Because we do, we are able to offer the fastest turn-around times in the industry. Your finished packages will be shipped within two weeks of picture day.
Do you schedule retakes?
Our photographers take multiple shots of each child. Digital cameras allow our photographers to make sure they get it right the first time so retakes are not necessary. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee and have a full-time customer service department to handle any questions that may arise.
Can parents order additional prints after picture day?
Iowa Teams Sports & Events Photography offers something for everyone. From a magnet for grandmas refrigerator to a CD of images for a family website, we've got you covered. A re-order form is included with all packages so additional items may be ordered.

How soon before the shoot day should we hand out order envelopes?
We will send the order envelopes to your leagues photo coordinator approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the shoot date. We ask that the envelopes be handed to the children the week before picture day. We will provide additional envelopes on picture day.
How do we handle special requests on picture day?
Our photographers will do all that they can to accommodate special requests. Want all your children in one photo? Want a picture with your star athlete and your favorite coach? No problem; just ask our photographer on picture day.
Can we use picture day as a fundraiser for our organization?
Absolutely! As a valued-customer, we are more than happy to work with you to find ways to help generate additional revenue. We have several rebate programs available as well as other fundraiser ideas.
What do we do in the event of inclement weather?
When we schedule your picture day, we will also choose a rain/snow day. For a spring shoot, it is helpful if we can schedule a back-up, indoor location. We can always photograph indoors using green screen technology and we can create a customized background just for your league.
Can parents wait to see if they like the photo before ordering?
Unfortunately no. We work on a pre-pay basis traditionally, and orders need to be placed on the day of the shoot. However all of our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if your parents are unhappy they will receive a refund or re-shoot at their request.

How do I pay for my order?
Iowa Teams Sports & Events Photography accepts cash, check, Visa and Master Card. Cash and checks should be placed directly in the order envelope and handed to the photographer on picture day. Credit card information can be entered on the order envelope where indicated.
Can I re-order more photos?
Yes. You can contact us at 515.599.0111, or go directly to www.iowateams.net.
Can I pay with one check for more than one child?
Yes, but each child must have their own envelope. Simply write one check to cover the cost of two or more children. Place the check in one envelope and make a notation on the others!
Can my children be photographed together?
